Most professional people have relentlessly high workloads. Add to that leadership responsibilities, difficult work relationships, busy households, competing commitments in professional and personal life, etc. It’s inevitable that so many people feel anxious, agitated, overwhelmed or burned out.
We’ll look at your personality, circumstances, and stress profile to find ways for you to reduce unwanted stress, increase your resilience, and be more like yourself again.
Dealing with a big change?
Maybe you want to adjust successfully to a significant change in your life. You might be moving to a new role or organisation, taking an extended leave of absence (e.g. maternity), caring for dependents, dealing with an ADHD/autism diagnosis, reaching menopause, etc.
Taking time to reflect on the change and its impacts on you from different angles opens up more choices, and sets you up to take control of the change rather than be swept along by it.
